A normal course ranges for eight days, though you might

Thai Boxing in Bangkok

When in Bangkok if you are the adventurous sort, why not
try your hand at some Thai Boxing courses. The Muay Thai
course teaches you some light sparring and little bit of
fitness training. Commitment to the training is a must
since it involves rigorous and tough sessions. At some
centers you have to prove you dedication for the course,

Crash course in Thai Culture

of houses temples, castles, and early cities. Art and
craft, performers of folk art, dances and songs, while
introducing the visitors to a typical Thai lifestyle and
